Kenmore dryer was not heating. Called Appliance Repair Champions at 7PM (open until 8PM) and their tech Derek came out 9:30AM the next day, as scheduled. He also called me to let me know he was on the way. Derek diagnosed the problem, explained repair & cost, replaced heating element, cleaned the lint, tested machine, and was in/out 40 minutes. Very efficient, relatively affordable, professional, quality repair service. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Needed help with refrigerator that suddenly broke. Many local repair shops were closed on the weekend. I called Champions and they came out on a Sunday!!!  Who does that anymore (unless you pay high fees for that)?  Friendly, courteous, professional service.  I’m taking the advice of another reviewer on here and keeping him on my cell phone and speed dial.

I recommend Steve and Appliance Repair Champion highly and without reservation.
Our old GE dryer was making a horrifying screeching sound.  Steve was able to come out the day we called.  After determining the problem, he discussed the options and the price. He also advised to choose repair over the replacement, because older appliances usually live 20-25 years, and easy to fix. He made the repair, the price seemed fair and reasonable. He accepted credit cards, and their office emailed us an invoice; both a big plus.
They do charge for the service call, but it was applied to the repair fee. We basically were charged for labor and part. He also gave us 10% off on future services.
Dryer is repaired, sounds the way a dryer should, and we are pleased.

We called Appliance Repair Champion around noon, and their operator was able to squeeze us in to repair our dishwasher with just a few hours notice. Tech came over 3 hours after we called. He was extremely polite and thorough. He checked and triple-checked that our machine was working properly and then checked again — only to discover extra build-up, which he took care of. We needed two parts, one of which he had and was able to install, the other he picked up this afternoon and then returned to finish the job. I recommend Appliance Repair Champion highly and will definitely use them again.

I didn’t use their services, but after a short phone call and a referral, I feel they deserve a good review.  Their manager Ron gave me some quick advice and pointed me in the right direction, and I really appreciate him doing that. I was able to fix my washer myself with his help over the phone. So many companies nickle and dime you to death, always looking to suck the dollar out of you, and Ron didn’t do that.  If I need that type of service again, or someone asks me, Appliance Repair Champion will be what comes to mind.  Now THAT’S how you run a business.
